About KnowledgeRank Points

KnowledgeRank Point is a point program for registered users of KnowledgeRank. You earn points by posting reviews and by logging in, and you can redeem them to display your own paper at the top of a ranking or a paper list as an "Author's Recommendation". Your points are shown on My Page.

How to earn points

Posting a review 50 points Granted when your review passes moderation and is published.
  • Points are granted only once per paper (not again after deleting and reposting, or after editing and republishing).
  • No points are granted for reviews of papers you have registered as your own on My Page.
Logging in 1 point Granted once per day. A day starts at 00:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

How to use points

Select "Redeem points" on My Page to redeem one of the following rewards. The paper to display must be registered as your own paper on My Page beforehand.

About Author's Recommendation

An Author's Recommendation is a slot that authors place themselves by using points. It is independent of rankings based on PKV and other metrics and does not change any rank. It is displayed above the first-ranked paper, without a rank number, and is clearly labeled "Author's Recommendation".
