Terms of Service

Established: March 24, 2023

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  2. Rules regarding the Service published on the Company’s website shall constitute part of these Terms.
  3. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and such rules or other explanations, these Terms shall prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (User Registration)

  1. Registration is completed when an applicant applies in the manner prescribed by the Company and the Company approves such application.
  2. The Company may refuse registration if:
    1. False information is submitted;
    2. The applicant has previously violated these Terms;
    3. The applicant is or is involved with antisocial forces;
    4. The applicant has previously been subject to measures under Article 8;
    5. The Company otherwise deems registration inappropriate.

Article 4 (Management of User ID and Password)

  1. Users shall manage their User ID and password at their own responsibility.
  2. Transfer or lending to third parties is prohibited. Any login with the registered combination shall be deemed the User’s own use.
  3. The User shall bear responsibility for damages arising from insufficient management, misuse, or third-party use.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

  1. Users shall pay the usage fees displayed on the Company’s website by the method designated by the Company.
  2. In case of delay, Users shall pay default interest at 14.6% per annum.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Acts violating laws or related to crimes;
  2. Fraud or threats against the Company, other Users, or third parties;
  3. Acts contrary to public order and morals;
  4. Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, honor, or other rights;
  5. Transmission of harmful information (violent, obscene, discriminatory, viruses, etc.);
  6. Excessive load on the system;
  7. Reverse engineering or analysis of software;
  8. Interference with Service operation;
  9. Unauthorized access;
  10. Impersonation;
  11. Unauthorized use of IDs or passwords;
  12. Unauthorized advertising or solicitation;
  13. Provision of services using the Service without permission;
  14. Collection of other Users’ information;
  15. Acts causing disadvantage, damage, or discomfort;
  16. Violation of Service rules;
  17. Providing benefits to antisocial forces;
  18. Acts aimed at meeting strangers of the opposite sex;
  19. Acts that induce or attempt the above;
  20. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 7 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice due to maintenance, force majeure, accidents, or other reasons.

Article 8 (Restrictions and Deregistration)

The Company may restrict use or cancel registration without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Article 9 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw by completing prescribed procedures. Outstanding obligations must be paid immediately.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee suitability, continuity, or freedom from defects. Liability is limited to ordinary damages within the fee amount.

Article 11 (Handling of User Information)

User information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Statistical data may be used or disclosed anonymously.

Article 12 (Ownership of Rights)

Intellectual property rights belong to the Company or licensors. Users warrant legality of Posted Data and grant licenses to the Company and other Users.

Article 13 (Changes to Service)

The Company may change or discontinue the Service without notice.

Article 14 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms without notice.

Article 15 (Notice or Communication)

Notices and communications shall be made by methods designated by the Company.

Article 16 (Prohibition of Assignment)

Users may not assign rights or obligations without prior written consent. The Company may transfer business and related information to successors.

Article 17 (Severability)

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Article 18 (General Provisions)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Company’s head office location.
