Article 1 (Personal Information)
“Personal Information” refers to information as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, including data that can identify a specific individual such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact details, facial features, fingerprints, voiceprints, and insurer numbers on health insurance cards.
Article 2 (Methods of Collecting Personal Information)
The Company may request personal information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number when Users register. The Company may also collect transaction records and payment information from partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors).

Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)

However, outsourcing, business succession, or joint use with specified parties shall not be considered provision to third parties.

Upon request by the individual, the Company will disclose personal information without delay, except when disclosure may harm rights, hinder operations, or violate laws. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged. Non-personal information such as history or attribute data will not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information. If deemed necessary, the Company will make corrections without delay and notify the User of the result.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
If requested by the individual due to use beyond the stated purpose or improper acquisition, the Company will investigate and, if necessary, suspend use or delete the information. If suspension is difficult, alternative measures will be taken to protect User rights.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
The Company may change this Policy without prior notice, except as otherwise provided by law. The revised Policy shall take effect upon publication on the website.
Article 10 (Management of Personal Information)
The Company will maintain accuracy and strictly manage personal information, implementing security measures against unauthorized access and computer viruses, and providing necessary employee training.

The Company uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted communication to protect personal data safely.
