本論文は、パワーモジュールの疲労寿命を支配するAlワイヤの寿命予測精度向上に取り組まれており、工学的に大きな意義のある内容と思います。
今回提案された試験と実際に使われるワイヤボンディング部との違い（負荷モード、結晶粒、応力特異性など）が結果に影響するかどうかに興味があります。
今後の研究でこれらの影響についても検討してもらえることを期待します。
